Due to an emergency, Citadel needs a Branch Seneschal
Position: Emergency Branch Seneschal – Citadel of the Southern Pass
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative leadership in accordance with SCA policies and guidelines
– Oversee the smooth functioning of branch activities, meetings, and events
– Support officers in their roles and help maintain accurate records
– Uphold SCA’s core values and maintain compliance with organizational standards
– Act as a liaison between the branch and SCA Kingdom representatives by monthly reporting
Requirements:
– Active membership with the SCA until June 1st, 2024
– Strong organizational and communication skills with internet connection
– Knowledge of SCA structure, policies, and procedures (preferred)
– Monthly report out via Outlands Service Portal and attend monthly Zoom meetings
